On April 30, 2018, TFS Financial Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its operating results for the three and six months ended March 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.

On April 30, 2018, David Huffman, the Chief Financial Officer for the Company, announced that he will be retiring from employment in September, 2018. Paul Huml who has been with the Association since 1998 and currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer, will become the new Chief Financial Officer.
