On August 12, 2021 and August 17, 2021, Altera Infrastructure GP L.L.C. (the “General Partner”) issued press releases related to the offer to exchange (the “Exchange Offer”) the outstanding 8.50% Senior Notes due 2023 of Altera Infrastructure L.P. (the “Partnership”) for newly issued 8.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2026 and 11.50% Senior Secured PIK Notes due 2026 issued by Altera Infrastructure Holdings L.L.C., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Partnership.
