On May 31, 2011, FUQI International, Inc. (the "Company") received notice from the NASDAQ Stock Market that it intended to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting process of the Company's securities, for reasons previously disclosed in the Company's public filings. NASDAQ filed the Form 25 on June 3, 2011. The delisting becomes effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
