Item 8.01. Other Events.

Effective January 4, 2010, the Management Fees payable by investors in PowerShares DB Oil Fund (“DBO”), PowerShares DB Gold Fund (“DGL”) and PowerShares DB Silver Fund (“DBS”) will increase from 0.50% to 0.75% per annum of the daily net asset value of their respective master fund, and the Management Fees payable by investors in PowerShares DB Agriculture Fund (“DBA”) will increase from 0.75% to 0.85% per annum of the daily net asset value of its master fund (DBA, DBO, DGL and DBS, are collectively referred to as the “Affected Funds”). The adjustment to the Management Fees is attributable to the increased costs of managing the Affected Funds due to changing regulatory requirements. DB Commodity Services LLC, the managing owner of the Affected Funds, believes that the Affected Funds remain competitively priced.

The Management Fees for PowerShares DB Energy Fund, PowerShares DB Precious Metals Fund and PowerShares DB Base Metals Fund remain unchanged.
