Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 9, 2009, CombiMatrix Corporation announced that all of its $1.5 million in auction rate securities were recently liquidated at par value. Earlier in 2008, CombiMatrix had reported that these securities had become illiquid due to the global financial credit crisis.
