Explanation of Responses:

1. On 2/10/2021 Northtech Holdings, Inc. transferred 26,456,488 shares of common stock of Lithium Boron Technology, Inc. to third parties who are employees and creditors and 20,000,000 shares to an entity that Mr. Zhang is deemed beneficial owner. Mr. Zhang retains direct ownership over 18,596,836 shares of common stock.

2. Held by Ginko International Investment ,Co., Ltd.. Mr. Zhang is the managing partner and holds investment and voting power over such shares.
