On August 12, 2014, Monogram Residential Trust, Inc. (which may be referred to herein as the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing that it acquired land for a development site for what will be known as Edinger at Huntington Beach, a to-be-developed multifamily community located in Huntington Beach, CA.
