On March 16, 2017, Opiant Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing (i) the Company’s financial results for the second quarter ended January 31, 2017, (ii) recent highlights which occurred during and after the second quarter ended January 31, 2017, and (iii) certain upcoming 2017 corporate and clinical goals. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.*
