Explanation of Responses:

1. Vesting of restricted stock units ("RSUs") previously granted to the Reporting Person.

2. On August 12, 2022, the Reporting Person was awarded RSUs which will be settled in shares of Common Stock when vested.

3. 1,238 shares held by Jacob Gerber who is a spouse of Brianna Gerber.

4. RSUs shall vest and be settled in shares of Common Stock in three substantially equal annual installments beginning on August 12, 2023.
