Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock option is fully vested and exercisable.

2. The stock option vests and becomes exercisable as to 40% of the underlying shares on September 16, 2018, and the remaining 60% of the underlying shares will vest and become exercisable in three equal annual installments thereafter.

3. The stock option vests and becomes exercisable as to 40% of the underlying shares on March 21, 2021, and the remaining 60% of the underlying shares will vest and become exercisable in three equal annual installments thereafter.

4. The stock option vests and becomes exercisable as to 40% of the underlying shares on March 31, 2022, and the remaining 60% of the underlying shares will vest and become exercisable in three equal annual installments thereafter.
