Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On October 23, 2013, Siga Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Nevada Secretary of State to change its name to TNX Maverick Corp. The name change was approved by written consent of the majority of the Company’s shareholders.
