This repayment helps maximize the Company’s flexibility as it continues to evaluate sales options for this property. Sold Two Portfolio Investments After beginning its transition to the asset disposition phase in the fourth quarter of 2014, the Company sold Babcock Self Storage in San Antonio, Texas, in January 2015 for a contract price of $5.4 million, generating a property-level average annual return of 30%. In February 2015, the Company sold the Alte Jakobstrasse office building in Berlin, Germany, for a contract price of €12.4 million. The Company expects to realize a positive average annual return from this investment. The annual average return will be calculated following conversion of the euro into dollars and after the final foreign tax impact has been determined.
