(a) Article I Name-
As of March 30, 2009, the name will effectively be changed from Boatatopia to Minatura Gold. The name changed occurred as a result of a shareholder proposal which was approved by a majority of the shareholders of Boatatopia at the Annual Shareholders Meeting on March 17, 2009.
