1. Represents shares of common stock of Issuer purchased through a directed share program in connection with the intial public offering of the Issuer's common stock, which closed on June 28, 2017. The shares were purchased at the initial public offering price of $19.50 per share. The shares are subject to a lock-up provision for a period of 180 days, as required under a lock-up agreement with the underwriters of the initial public offering.
