1. Represents restricted stock units that vest in 3 annual installments beginning on February 4, 2022, the first anniversary of the date of the award. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of The Community Financial Corporation common stock.

2. Amount reflects an increase in beneficial ownership resulting from an exempt acquisition of common stock under The Community Financial Corporation Dividend Reinvestment Plan pursuant to Rule 16a-11.
