Effective May 25, 2010, John R. Williams, Jr. has resigned as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Williams’ resignation as Chief Financial Officer was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
