Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 14, 2016 Steven Katz resigned from the Board of Directors of Spotlight Innovation Inc. (the "Company") and all Board committees. On June 15, 2016 Jack Price resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and all Board committees. Such resignations were not due to disagreements between the resigning board members and the Company.
