Explanation of Responses:

1. These securities are restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of IRTC Common Stock. The RSUs fully vest on May 24, 2024.

Remarks:

This amendment is being filed to correct the total number of RSUs the reporting person received on May 24, 2023. The number of RSUs subject to the grant was previously misreported due to administrative error.
