Change to Annual Base Salary of Chief Financial Officer
On August 11, 2021, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Marin Software Incorporated (the “Company”) approved increasing, effective as of August 1, 2021, the annual base salary of Bob Bertz, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, from $275,000 to $300,000.
