On August 22, 2013, Joseph G. Kishkill, our Senior Vice President and President, Eastern Hemisphere of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P., who was a named executive officer for 2012, resigned from Exterran and all our subsidiaries, effective August 27, 2013, to pursue another business opportunity.
