Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 27, 2018, Archrock, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice that Robert E. Rice, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will be resigning from the Company to assume a position as Chief Executive Officer of a private oilfield services company. Mr. Rice will remain with the Company until September 21, 2018 to ensure an orderly transition of his role.
