On January 10, 2011 Joe Kelley resigned as a director of Innolog Holdings Corporation. Mr. Kelley’s resignation was not as a result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. Mr. Kelley was the chairperson of the Company’s Compensation Committee.
