On March 19, 2015, Targa Resources Corp. (the “Company”) and Targa Resources Partners LP (the “Partnership”) added an additional slide to the Appendix section of the Company’s most recent presentation dated March 12, 2015 and the Partnership’s most recent presentation dated March 4, 2015 available through the Investors section of the Company’s website and the Investors section of the Partnership’s website (http://www.targaresources.com) that is a reconciliation of pro forma distributions for the Partnership.
