On August 28, 2014, Paul Summers, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of AllDigital Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), died unexpectedly.
The Company’s President and member of the Company’s Board of Directors, Michael Linos, has been appointed as the Company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer effective as of August 28, 2014. Information required by Items 401 and 404 of Regulation S-K concerning Mr. Linos has been previously provided and can be found in the Company’s Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 13, 2014, which information is incorporated herein by this reference.
