2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $32.98 to $34.51, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the registrant, any security holder of the registrant, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $32.12 to $33.71, inclusive. 4. On February 07, 2017, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 100,000 shares of common stock which vested 25% on the first anniversary of the grant date, and in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter.
