(b) Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc. (the “Company”) sadly reports the passing of Jack Alter, Director of the Company and Director of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Bank of New Jersey (the “Bank”), on Monday, August 27, 2007. Mr. Alter was a Board member since the Bank’s opening.
