Commencing on September 3, 2009, Stone Tan China Acquisition Corp.(the “Company”) intends to use the materials attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 in connection with its proposed investment in three newly-formed entities in the People’s Republic of China, as previously reported in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 6, 2009. The materials attached as Exhibit 99.1 are incorporated by reference herein.
