1. These securities were purchased from VI Capital Fund LP, a fund managed by Solitron's Board Chairman, David Pointer, that is in the process of liquidating. This Form 4/A is being filed to correct previous form filed on October 18, 2023 which incorrectly stated amount of shares beneficially owned by Mr. Matson as 196,573 shares.
