EXPLANATORY NOTE
Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") is filing this Amendment No. 1 to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on October 15, 2015, to correct Item 7.01 and refurnish the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 in order to change the dividend record date to "October 26, 2015" and the dividend payable date to "November 9, 2015." This Amendment No. 1 is filed solely to correct such typographical errors.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 14, 2015, Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a revised press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.0375 per share on October 14, 2015. The dividend is payable on November 9, 2015 to shareholders of record as of October 26, 2015.
For additional information, reference is made to the Company's revised press release dated October 14, 2015, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference thereto. The press release attached hereto is being furnished to the SEC and shall not be deemed to be "filed" for any purpose except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference to such filing in other filings of the Company into which may be incorporated.
