On October 15, 2009, Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend by the Board of Directors on October 14, 2009.  The dividend is payable on November 9, 2009 to shareholders of record as of October 26, 2009.
