Item 8.01 Other Events
On February 21, 2014, the Board of Directors of Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a share repurchase program which provides for the repurchase of up to 34,716 shares, or approximately 2.5% of the issued shares of common stock of the Company. The shares may be purchased in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions from time to time depending upon market conditions and other factors. The repurchase program does not have an expiration date.
