On October 29, 2024, Chain Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2024 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”).
