On November 17, 2015, China Advanced Construction Materials Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation, issued a press release announcing (i) certain financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2015; (ii) guidance for the second quarter of fiscal year of 2016 and updating the guidance for the fiscal year of 2016; and (iii) a conference call to be held by the Company on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
