Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On December 10, 2008, Belarus Capital Corp. changed its name to Xtreme Green Products Inc. by merging a wholly owned subsidiary by that name into itself and, simultaneously, amending its Articles of Incorporation to reflect the new name.
