On January 31, 2014, Gregg A. Lowe, President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd., terminated his written trading plan dated August 29, 2013, which was designed to comply with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
