On March 4, 2008 Lightning Poker, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lightning Gaming, Inc., issued a press release announcing it had filed a patent infringement lawsuit against PokerTek, Inc.. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
