On April 21, 2011, AbitibiBowater Inc.’s board of directors was informed that Mr. Pierre Dupuis and Ms. Sarah E. Nash would not stand for re-election at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders. Mr. Richard D. Falconer was appointed to the board’s audit committee on the same day, effective immediately.
