On January 5, 2012, AbitibiBowater Inc., doing business as Resolute Forest Products (the “Company”), and Jo-Ann Longworth, the Company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer, entered into the Company’s standard indemnification agreement for directors and officers, a form of which is filed with this current report on Form 8-K.
