Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 17, 2009, Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. completed the purchase of $10 million principal amount of term loans outstanding under its $685 million senior secured credit agreement (as amended, the “Credit Agreement”). As a result, the company will be permitted to make additional non-pro rata purchases of term loans under the Credit Agreement through June 2, 2010.
