Issuing entity swap provider
Information in respect of the issuing entity swaps is provided in the accompanying prospectus under the heading “The swap agreements – The issuing entity swaps”. The sponsor has determined that the significance percentage for each of the issuing entity swaps in respect of the offered notes is 20 per cent. or more.
The significance percentage of the issuing entity swaps in respect of a class of the offered notes is the percentage equivalent of (1) the amount of a reasonable good-faith estimate of maximum probable exposure (made in substantially the same manner as that used in the sponsor’s internal risk management process in respect of similar derivative instruments) divided by (2) the aggregate principal amount of such class of offered notes.
The Issuing Entity Swap Provider is ML MBS Services Limited in relation to the classes and sub-classes of the issue 2007-2 notes as indicated above.
ML MBS Services Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under number 2474. It has its registered head office at 2 King Edward Street, London EC1A 1HQ (telephone number +44 (0)207 996 0980). ML MBS Services Limited was incorporated on March 30, 2007 as Hackremco and then subsequently changed its name to ML MBS Services Limited on April 27, 2007. ML MBS Services Limited’s most recent financial information as of May 4, 2007 is included in Annex F to this prospectus supplement.
ML MBS Services Limited will be principally engaged in holding cross currency swaps.
The whole of the issued ordinary share capital of ML MBS Services Limited is beneficially owned by Merrill Lynch European Asset Holdings, Inc. (a US incorporated legal entity), and the ultimate parent company is Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.

Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. will, under the terms of a guarantee to be made between ML MBS Services Limited and the issuing entity, fully and unconditionally guarantee the payment obligations of ML MBS Services Limited under the issuing entity swaps.
