Dear Sirs,
I hereby address you on behalf of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (indistinctly, “EDENOR” or the “Company”) in compliance with the applicable norm, In order to inform you that the National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE) issued Resolution No. 78/21 by which it decided to approve new Tariff values for EDENOR S.A. effective as of the billing corresponding to the meter reading after zero hours on April 1, 2021 and the applicable tariff values for the self-administered metering system effective as of that same date. Said update reflects the change in the seasonal price of energy and has no impact whatsoever on EDENOR's income, the treatment of which was the subject of the Public Hearing held on March 30 and is pending a decision by the ENRE.
