On May 23, 2008, Peter Baird, currently the President of DJO Incorporated (the “Company”), the parent of DJO Finance LLC, tendered his resignation and will leave the Company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Baird is expected to remain in his current role for a short transition period. On May 29, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Baird’s resignation, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by this reference.
