Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 5, 2009, DJO Finance LLC issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter ended March 28, 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
The information in this Current Report, including Exhibit 99.1, is being furnished and shall not be deemed “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section. Additionally, during the fourth quarter of 2008, the Company effected an operational reorganization, which resulted in a change in how it reports segment financial information in the first quarter of 2009 in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards Statement No. 131, Disclosures about Segments of an Enterprise and Related Information. The Company is filing information in this 8-K in order to disclose its 2008 segments in conformity with the presentation in the first quarter of 2009. The restated 2008 information is attached to this Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
