Amendment to Employment Agreement
On March 13, 2008, First Trinity Financial Corporation entered into an amendment to the employment contract with its President and Chief Executive Officer, Gregg Zahn. The amendment corrects the term of the Employment Contract to be May 1, 2007 to April 30, 2010. A copy of the amendment is being filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
