1. Sold pursuant to Mr. Matin's 10b5-1 plan dated 12/14/2016.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $27.85 to $28.10, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to The Spectranetics Corporation, any security holder of The Spectranetics Corporation, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnote (2) to this Form 4.

3. Grant date 4/17/2007. Options vest over four years with 25% vested on 4/17/2008 and 6.25% vests each calendar quarter thereafter. 100% fully vested on 4/17/2011.
