Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.
A description of the Ordinary Shares, NIS 1.0 par value, of STARLIMS Technologies Ltd. (the “Registrant”) to be registered hereunder is contained in the section entitled “Description of Share Capital” in the prospectus included in the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form F-1, File No. 333-142605, as amended, which was initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 4, 2007 (including any subsequent amendments thereto, the “Registration Statement”), and is incorporated herein by reference. The prospectus to be filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) following the effective date of the Registration Statement shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into this registration statement on Form 8-A.
