On June 3, 2008, hhgregg, Inc. issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and year-end results for fiscal 2008. The press release also reports diluted net income per share, net sales growth, comparable store sales, store openings and capital expenditure guidance for the 2009 fiscal year. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this item.
