The investor crossed the 10% ownership threshold passively when at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 5, 2023, shareholders holding an aggregate of 51,089,882 of the Company's Class A ordinary shares exercised their right to redeem their shares. Following such redemtpion, 17,910,118 Class A ordinary shares remain outstanding.
