On September 30, 2015, Ryan R. Brenneman resigned as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of CYS Investments, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other opportunities. There was no disagreement or dispute between the Company and Mr. Brenneman that led to his decision to resign.
