On April 25, 2016, RoAnn Costin resigned from her position as a member of our board of directors and from all committees of our board of directors to pursue other business opportunities and to devote more time to her family, community and philanthropic interests in education, healthcare and the arts. Ms. Costin has served as a director of lululemon since 2007 and her resignation is not due to any disagreements with us on any of our operations, policies or practices. Her resignation is effective as of April 26, 2016.
